Our natural state of comfort, health and happy mood lies in the optimal condition of our mental, emotional, social and physical Well-being.  Our thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations, whether pleasant or unpleasant, interlink and can affect each other simultaneously.  It is discovered in the CBT Approach (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
